Search & Shopping accounts run for ROAS, not impressions

D2C and local-service brands

Google Search and Shopping campaigns managed across multiple accounts, optimized on actual ROAS reported inside Google Ads.

The challenge

Google Ads spend was going toward broad keywords with high impression volume but no visibility into which campaigns actually returned more than they cost.

The approach

We restructured campaigns around intent-matched keyword groups and Shopping feeds, then optimized bidding directly against Google's own reported conversion value and ROAS columns.
