Scaling a D2C Shopify brand past ₹1.92 Cr in tracked sales

D2C & e-commerce brands

Multiple D2C Shopify accounts run on Meta and Google, measured on tracked revenue and ROAS, not clicks or reach.

The challenge

Several D2C brands were spending on Meta and Google without a shared view of what was actually converting — budget kept moving toward the loudest metric (clicks, reach) instead of the one that mattered: tracked purchases.

The approach

We rebuilt tracking first (server-side + pixel), then ran structured campaign tests across Meta and Google in parallel, reallocating budget weekly toward the ad sets with the best cost-per-purchase, not the best CTR.
